Neighbor’s heard him crying and rescuers were able to save him after cutting out the pipe. Currently authorities are searching for the parents. The story could go any number of ways, maybe the baby grows up and hunts them down? Maybe the baby is super-human and becomes a villain.. who knows, but it’s pretty wild.
